Ferragosto

15 августа вся Италия отмечает Ferragosto, церковный и языческий праздник...
В это время города опустевают, магазины закрываются.
На улицах можно встретить только одуревших от жары туристов
Ну а все итальянцы уезжают на две недели к морю или в горы!

UPD...Судя по многочисленным дискуссиям на религиозную тему,которые вызвал мой пост,хочу добавить, что он был вовсе не об этом ,а о свободе и начале каникул, которые наступают после 15 августа
Для современных итальянцев этот праздник проходит очень весело!
Кто-то идет в клуб и там празднует с друзьями,кто-то на барбекю за город,но большинство людей стараются попасть на пляж! В это время все морские итальянские курорты заполняются местными жителями ...
